We endeavour for all orders to be dispatched on the next business day (within 24 hours of your order been placed unless otherwise specified).
We ship world wide, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties so please keep this in mind if you're ordering over your local countries threshold. Larger or heavier products may not be shipped overseas. If there's something you'd really like please email us info@capeindigo.com and we'll see if we can help you. We send all our orders by courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cape Indigo. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange, as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition. We do not cover shipping for returned items unless the items have a manufacturing defect.
